Fraud Alert: Spotting the Supercar Sharing® Copycats

Dear Friends,

As a valued member of our community, your satisfaction and safety are our top priorities. Today, we bring your attention to a matter of utmost importance – the unfortunate rise of copyright infringement plaguing our brand Supercar Sharing®.

In recent market research, we have identified unscrupulous companies and entrepreneurs shamelessly copying our brand's images, videos, and even replicating our carefully crafted text phrases for their own gain. It has come to our attention that they are attempting to sell shares in vehicles under the guise of Supercar Sharing and our protected Supercar Co-Ownership System® without the proper legal and trademark background.

Foreword: Our Journey Over The Last 3 Years:

For the past three years, Supercar Sharing® has been at the forefront of transforming dreams into reality, providing an exhilarating experience for enthusiasts like yourself. In the beginning, there was skepticism, a natural response to pioneering a concept as unique as Supercar Sharing.

However, we stood resilient, and today, almost three years later, we find ourselves at the pinnacle of expansion and market acceptance, having created an international community bound by a shared passion for high-performance vehicles. Unfortunately, as success breeds imitation, we've observed a worrying surge in attempts to replicate our unique business model. The popularity of Supercar Sharing has attracted copycats, but we want to assure you that our commitment to authenticity, transparency, and the highest standards remains steady.

Understanding the Legal Landscape:

Selling shares in high-end vehicles is a legitimate process that demands a robust security framework and a professional physical and digital infrastructure. A simple website is not enough for such a infrastructural business.

It is essential that you, as our esteemed member and visitor, remain vigilant against potential scams. If you detected or have been contacted by any company claiming to offer Supercar Sharing services or fractional shares on vehicles, kindly ensure they possess the required license permission issued by our Supercar Sharing trademark and are safeguarded by our proprietary Supercar Co-Ownership System®.

Moreover, take the extra step to verify the legitimacy of the cars being advertised and the existence of the companies themselves. Unfortunately, the allure of supercars has attracted dishonest entities seeking to exploit the passion of enthusiasts. We urge you to exercise caution and conduct thorough due diligence before making any investment.

Protecting Yourself During Share Purchases:

To further assist you in safeguarding your interests, we have established a comprehensive system. When purchasing shares in Supercar Sharing® through our platform, consider the following measures:

1. Verify Licensing: Ensure the company possesses the necessary license permission issued by Supercar Sharing® for a secure and legitimate transactions.

Please also verify how the system is structured. For example, 10 shares, 30 days, and 3000 km are based on our Supercar Co-Ownership System®, the originality of which you can research yourself.

2. Confirm Car Existence: Before committing to any investment, verify the existence of the advertised vehicles.  Here are some questions you can ask to confirm the existence of the cars:

  • Can I schedule a physical inspection? Request the opportunity to schedule a physical inspection of the advertised supercars. A legitimate Supercar Sharing or co-ownership service should be open to allowing potential co-owners to inspect the vehicles in person.

  • Can you provide detailed information about a specific car? Inquire about detailed information on a particular supercar, such as its make, model, VIN (Vehicle Identification Number), and any unique features. This information should align with what was advertised.

  • Are virtual tours available? If visiting in person is not feasible, ask if virtual tours or video inspections of the facilities and vehicles are available. This can provide an additional layer of verification.

  • Can you share recent photos or videos of the cars? Request recent photos or videos of the supercars in their fleet. Authentic and up-to-date visuals can help confirm the existence and condition of the vehicles.

  • Do you have documentation for each car? Inquire about documentation for each car, including maintenance records, service history, and any relevant certifications. Legitimate Supercar Sharing services should have thorough documentation for their fleet.

  • What security measures are in place at your facilities? Ask about the security measures in place at their facilities to protect the supercars (Key management, secure, low-dust storage, ideal temperature, discretion and access). A reputable service will prioritize the safety and integrity of their high-value assets.

3. Research the Company: Look into the background of the company offering shares. Confirm their existence, reputation, and adherence to legal standards.

When researching a Supercar Co-Ownership company or any investment opportunity, it's crucial to ask yourself pertinent questions to ensure you're making an informed decision.

Here's a list of questions to consider:

  • Does the company have a legal form?

  • Does the company provide a decent office and showroom space?

  • Is the company a sole proprietorship? (Preliminary reference is required here).

  • How long has the company been in operation?

  • What is the company's reputation? Have you researched reviews or testimonials from other customers?

  • Is the company transparent about its operations? Team, gallery...?

  • What support and expertise is offered? Does the company have a dedicated team for legal, insurance, and vehicle matters?

  • Have you checked for trademark and license protection?
